This item looks really good, but I'm sorry to say it is not very practicle for everyday use. I must have pulled 4 pieces of tape off it when the arms of the cutting portion cracked. I would have to say if you have room on your desk for decorations then buy this, but if you want something that looks good and works for day to day use look else where.
Almost totally silly, but I just love the one kneeling person...
And it is functional; I've used it 3 times already.
Not to mention that it nicely covers a water mark on the desk...
